So, the big surprise I talked about was the SS12 collection of The Swedish School of Textile. My first thought was: " That's what you call fashion?" One big advantage that northern design has is the lightness and pure style. One thing is to play with the fabrics and shapes and at the same time creating something interesting to look, but doing something completely insane, the result is usually just not beautiful. They had some great pieces but I can't exactly remember them 'cause something else comes up first.
